Refunds and exchanges
We are happy to accept any returns that you want for any reasons, and you will get a full refund if you purchased the item at full price from trifine.com.au within 30 days. You may also exchange items purchased on our website within Australia for the same item in a different colour. Please note merchandise for return and exchange must be unused and be in the original condition with all original tags attached.
For returns or exchanges, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number. Our staff will assist you to proceed with a return and exchange process.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
Trifine can only refund or exchange items purchased on trifine.com.au. If your item was purchased at one of our stockists, please ask for return or exchange from them directly and that would be subject to their particular returns policy.
Manufacturing faults are rare at Trifine. If an item is received damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. All items purchased from trifine.com.au have a 12 months warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Please note that Trifine's warranty will not apply if any damage or defect results from misuse, neglect, wear and tear or any modifications to the original products.
